Kathryn Munro is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her Masters from Savannah State University. Kathryn is passionate about working with adults and adolescents helping them with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, addiction and other life issues. She wants to help her clients by encouraging them to utilize their strengths and resilience to overcome obstacles or stressors that they are currently feeling.

Kathryn provides therapy for individuals, couples, and families for relational concerns in a safe and supportive environment. Helping her clients achieve goals so they can be their best self. Kathryn focuses on what her clients want to improve and where they are in that process. Grief Counseling, Recovery focused , DBT, CBT, Seeking Safety, Mindfulness, Stress Reduction, through a lens of systems and humanistic approach with a heart centered compassionate focus. Kathryn embraces both traditional and alternative options, while holding space for your beliefs and values.
