Amanda Wadley is a licensed professional counselor based in Georgia, holding a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in clinical psychology, both earned at Georgia Southern University. With a deep commitment to supporting individual Adults through life transitions, stress, and anxiety, Amanda also focuses on assisting parents and caregivers in managing their children's challenging behaviors.

Amanda employs a therapeutic approach rooted in cognitive therapy, complemented by person-centered therapy principles, to ensure her clients feel truly understood, safe, and supported. Her primary objectives as a therapist include active listening, fostering insight and self-awareness, and instilling hope through the provision of effective coping strategies. Devoted to helping clients regain a sense of understanding and hope, Amanda aims to facilitate increased clarity, meaning, and purpose in their lives.
